WHAT I DO

01 / DISCOVERY
Before I design anything, I need to understand everything. This is where I get stuck in. Learning your business, your market, your customers and the real problem we're solving. I run stakeholder interviews, customer research, competitor analysis and market audits. I sit with real people and ask real questions because the most important insights never show up in a dataset. This phase is the foundation everything else is built on.
02 / STRATEGY
This is where the research becomes a plan. I take everything from Discovery and turn it into a clear strategic direction. Who we're designing for, what they need and how we're going to meet them. User personas, journey maps, information architecture, brand positioning. This is the phase where the big decisions get made and where experience matters most. Get this right and everything else follows.
03 / DESIGN
With a strategy in place, design becomes intentional rather than decorative. I develop wireframes, prototypes, visual concepts and brand systems, all rooted in the research and thinking that came before. Every layout, every colour choice, every interaction has a reason behind it. I use AI tools to accelerate ideation and explore possibilities but I'm the creative director deciding what gets through and what doesn't.
04 / VALIDATION
Design isn't finished when it looks good, it's finished when it works. I test with real users, gather feedback and iterate. Usability testing on prototypes, A/B testing design approaches, revisiting research findings to pressure test our direction. This is the phase that separates strategic design from guesswork. If something isn't working I want to know now, not after launch.
05 / DELIVERY
I don't just hand over files and disappear. I manage the entire project from start to finish, making sure everything stays on track, on brand and on brief. Whether the final deliverable is a prototype, a full brand system, a live website or a campaign toolkit, everything leaves my hands production ready and strategically sound. I've managed studios and led projects for years so I know how to keep things moving, deal with developers, wrangle stakeholders and make sure the work lands the way it was intended.
