WildMint offers uncomplicated effective natural vegan cosmetics. They required creative and dynamic marketing campaigns to engage customers, both existing and prospective.

Brand Development + Email Marketing
A young and fun e-commerce brand that offers uncomplicated, effective natural and vegan cosmetics required dynamic and sales driven creative across web, email and social platforms nurturing new and existing customers. The communication needed to range from new product launches to educational content, to create a community within the brand that represented confidence in their skin. Creating personalised profiles of the selected customer and talking about their journey with WildMint, made an approachable campaign to inspire others.
Alongside the campaign, the email marketing strategy was created within Klaviyo, using newsletters and automated flows. Within this plan we looked at segmentation, user journeys, A/B testing, list building and send times. The main focus and understanding was the customer and what stage they were at in the buying journey and developing from this, providing benchmarks to then analyse, develop and adapt accordingly
